Description
Kilnvale plates are thrown and trimmed in Cheung Sha Wan, then fired hot enough that the body rings. The speckle is iron in the clay, not a sprayed pattern.
A 26 cm plate is a weekday dinner, not a hotel charger. The rim is soft so a knife does not chip the first month.

Care
Dishwasher is fine. Avoid thermal shock from freezer to kiln-hot oven. Cutlery marks on satin glaze are use, not a fault.
